Private Introduction to LYM and Private LYM Coaching
Private introduction to both the Living Yoga Method and the Wildwood Yoga Ashram in Hamble with a dedicated coach.
4x 60 minute sessions to explore the postures, breathwork and deep relaxation techniques of the LYM.
Sessions will be scheduled to suit your availability. In order to build momentum these are conducted within the space of a week.
Available on a one to one basis, or one to two for a slight surcharge.
In depth tuition focused on you, regardless of whether you are a total beginner, are returning to yoga practice or are a seasoned yogi looking to get match-fit to join the Ashram as a member.
Instil confidence, boost strength and feel the benefit of a ‘yogic body’.
Access to the all the Living Yoga Sessions on the Ashram Schedule (both in-person & online) & be a part of the community of LYM yoga practitioners.
Private coaching in the Living Yoga Method is offered through a dedicated personal coach either online or in-person on the Ashram in Hamble.
90 minute sessions exploring the full Living Yoga system including postures, breathwork, deep relaxation and meditation techniques as well as deep insights into the tradition and philosophy allowing the teaching to integrate into your day to day life.
120 minute sessions available to include private Fire & Ice sessions (sauna and ice plunge) for a slight surcharge.
Personalised practice designed around you and your life and deepen into the wisdom of the yogic tradition. Whether it is health and vitality, or total transformation and liberation you seek, the sessions are tailored to where you are currently.
A personalised manual is updated after every session to build on the techniques, philosophy and current practice programme/anusthana for reference and support outside of sessions.
Sessions are bookable to suit your schedule on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis (please note bookings are for a minimum of 3 sessions)
Ashram membership is not required to book, but of course is still required to attend any of the group sessions in the daily Ashram schedule.
