Morning Sessions

Monday: 6:45am Live Stream Sadhana Session

Tuesday - Friday: (In-Person only)

5am - 6am Meditation Hour self-led
6am - 6:30am Morning Chants
6:30am - 7:30am Flow, Breathwork, Meditation

You are free to join and to leave the practice at any change-over.

Evening Sessions

Tuesday & Thursday:

4:30 - 5:30pm Meditation Hour self-led. (optional)
5:30 - 5:45pm Hanuman Chalisa (optional)
6pm - 7pm Fire & Ice (optional)
7pm - 8:30pm Flow, Breathwork, Meditation


4:30 - 5:30pm Meditation Hour self-led. (optional)
6:00 - 7pm Fire & Ice (optional)
6:30 - 7pm Mahishasura Mardini & Hanuman Chalisa (optional)
7:00 - 9pm Fridays alternate between Bhakti (Kirtan) and Living Wisdom (Bhagavad Gita)


7am - 10am Sadhana Session or Spinal Breathing Session every Saturday morning when we are not running Teacher Training / Courses
