An 8 Day 'Yoga Intensive' to learn the fundamentals of the Living Yoga Method and come out feeling stronger, clearer, with far greater life energy!

How does the course work?

In each of the daily sessions you will connect to a  Live Streamed session* with Steve via ZOOM and learn a specific group of yoga practices including: postures, breath work and deep relaxation.

*If you are unable to attend a particular session you can access a REPLAY of the recorded live session to catch up.

By Day 8 of the programme you will be confidently flowing through the core postures and main breathing techniques, as well as the deep relaxation practice, of the Living Yoga Method, and be well on your way to cultivating a good understanding of Living Yoga’s life-positive philosophy!

After I complete the Beginners Programme?

Upon completion of the 8 Day Programme you'll feel fully prepared to join the Living Yoga Sessions , where you can continue to deepen and refine your practice.

* Please note that this course is not appropriate for pregnant women, we would instead recommend you find a specific Pregnancy Yoga class.

Is it for me?

Complete beginner? Absolutely, this programme has been especially designed to give you the best possible introduction to yoga.

Returning to yoga? Yes, the programme is a great way to ease yourself back into the practice and specifically to learn the Living Yoga Method.

Seasoned yoga practitioner? Yes you are welcome, the programme will give you a great understanding of the Living Yoga philosophy and style of practice, so that you can gain the most from the general Living Yoga sessions OR of course you can dive straight into the Living Yoga Sessions!
