Sunday Satsang - "Express your Spirituality through your Physicality". A 2 hour class beginning with a 1 hour dynamic flow, designed to open the body, mind and heart to absorb the following hour talk on a deeper aspect of yoga philosophy. Sunday 7th February 10.00am - 12.00noon.Fundamentals - 4 week Beginners course exploring the fundamentals. Next course begins Tuesday 9th February 8.10pm. Yoga Rhythm - Funky flows to soulful sounds! Wednesdays 7.00pm & Fridays 5.45pm.
The Yoga Sanctuary is simply a space - like a pause between 2 breaths, where anything becomes possible. The Yoga Sanctuary offers a new way of looking, a new way of living, a new way of being that brings each individual to the fullest and most intimate experience of life. It achieves this not by getting out of the body, but by getting into the body, attuning oneself to its underlying rhythm and listening to its inner guidance and wisdom. Yoga is a process of becoming present with what is, making peace with who you are and thereby transforming your relationship with yourself and existence around you. No one is excluded, all are welcome to embark on an inner journey that reconnects each individual with their source.
